John is the president of JMT & Associates, LLC, a full-service Human Resources (HR) and Safety Consulting firm. The firm was established
in 2002. The firm's mission is to add value to its client's business through effective utilization of their human capital resources.

After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, John's human resource and safety experience began in 1988 as the personnel
representative for a large food processing company. John's career progressed through several fortune 500 companies. Each new position
resulted in greater HR challenges and responsibilities. Career titles include human resources manager, division human resources manager
and director of human resources. John's experience includes a variety of business types, sizes (up to several thousand employees),
geographical locations throughout the United States and union status.
Education includes an Associates of Arts degree in computer
science from Allegany College, a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Golden Gate University, an MBA from Golden
Gate University and a Ph.D. in Business Management from Century University.
Teaching experience includes adjunct faculty at Kent State
University and the University of Maryland. John is a national member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
John has
held several key social group positions including HR association president, multi-county workforce development group chairperson,
safety council chairperson and Chamber of Commerce president. He is currently a member of the local HR association and safety council.
John has published several books on the topic of HR management to assist business owners, managers and supervisors in effectively
managing the specific HR topics.

Marc has over 31 years of health
and safety professional expertise in occupational safety and health hazards. He is able to facilitate consensus in challenging
situations with the goal of locating and eliminating hazards. He is an effective mentor and trainer for employees and management.
Marc's
areas of expertise include: a comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety and health standards and their interpretation, safety
and health program audits and evaluation, process safety management - including chemical processing, oil refining and ammonia refrigeration,
combustible dust - recognition of hazards and application of controls, and expert knowledge in the recognition of machine guarding
hazards, lead, asbestos and other expanded health standards.
Marc most recently worked as an Industrial Hygienist, Safety and
Health Compliance Officer for the US Department of Labor - Occupational Safety and Health Administration. He conducted over
700 workplace safety and health inspections, including comprehensive inspections of technically detailed chemical processing and combustible
dust hazards, health care facilities and all other types of manufacturing, construction and service businesses.
Marc also works with
the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. He developed and taught a class to instruct employers in the recognition of combustible dust
hazards.
Marc earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Health Science from the City University of New York, York College. He has completed the 40 hour Hazardous Operations and Emergency Response (Hazwoper) training course. Marc holds certification
as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Registered Sanitarian (RS).
